How do I book a stay?
Ready to experience the charm of Dan Linehan’s. Simply book online or call us on 064 6632187 to reserve your room. We’re excited to welcome you and ensure your stay is memorable!
What are your booking terms?
When you book directly with us, we secure your reservation with a non-refundable deposit which will be the cost of the first night. The remaining balance is due on arrival.
To safeguard your plans, we recommend travel insurance to cover any unexpected changes.
What facilities are available in the rooms?
Our rooms are crafted for relaxation and feature all the essentials:

What can I expect in the bathroom?
In your bathroom, expect a touch of comfort with:

What’s for breakfast?
Start your day in our bright, welcoming dining room on the first floor where breakfast is served from 7.30am to 10.00am. Everything is cooked fresh to order and it’s all included in your stay. Is Wi-Fi available in the rooms?
Absolutely, stay connected with ease. Our B&B offers complimentary, fast and secure broadband.
What type of heating is in the rooms?
On cooler days, the rooms are centrally heated via a thermostatically controlled radiator, so you can adjust to your liking. On warmer days, each room is equipped with a ceiling fan for cooling.
Are there lifts or only stairs?
Our guests rooms are situated on the first and second floor and are accessed via stairs. Our team will carry your luggage to your rooms for you on arrival.
Are children allowed?
Our B&B is a grown-ups only retreat. We focus on providing a calm and peaceful environment, perfect for relaxation and a bit of quiet time away from the daily hustle.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
When you book directly with us, you’ll enjoy exclusive check-in and check-out times: early check-in from 3:00 pm and a relaxed late check-out by 11:00 am on your departure day.
For guests booking through third-party sites, check-in begins at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 10:30 am. However, you can upgrade to a late check-out for an additional fee.
Where do I check-in?
Upon arrival, one of our friendly team members will warmly greet you at reception which is at the Bar. They’ll help with your luggage, guide you to your room and provide insights about the amenities and local area.
Where can I park?
Choose from two convenient parking options:
Glebe Car Park: Directly opposite Dan Linehan’s with free parking from 6:00pm daily and all-day Sunday. A nominal rate of €1 per hour applies from 8:30am to 6:00pm, Monday to Saturday.
Lewis Road Car Park: Just a 300m stroll away, also free after 6:00pm daily and all-day Sunday, with a daily rate of just €3 from 8:30am to 6:00pm, Monday to Saturday.
Can you store my luggage?
Absolutely! We’re happy to securely store your bags outside of check-in and check-out times, so you can explore freely without any extra baggage.
Is smoking allowed?
For the comfort and safety of all our guests, smoking and e-smoking are strictly prohibited inside the building. This is also a legal requirement. Our sensitive fire alarms help ensure everyone’s safety.
What is your satisfaction guarantee?
Book directly with us and enjoy our ‘One Condition’ guarantee: if you’re not completely satisfied after your first night, let us know what we can improve and we’ll not only address the issue but also offer a full refund so you can find an alternative place to stay. Please note, this guarantee does not apply to third-party booking sites.
